Complaint Review: CCSMC Spectrum/CBSD

As I was reviewing my annual credit report, I noticed an entry that was not familiar. I googled "CCSMC Spectrum/CBSD". The first result was the report
of a rip-off scam this company was using. Now my question is answered simply by reading the posting which led me to register my report.

Never have I received any information that I opened a credit card and if so, where is that credit card? It would be terribly unfortunate for other unsuspecting consumers to be as surprised as I was to learn that my personal information was used without my knowledge or consent.

My personal credit is impeccable and would like to begin processing the removal of this entry on my report and proceed legally as necessary. An attorney isn't necessary to inform me that this is an illegal act and deserves reprimand.
