Complaint Review: CCSMC SPECTRUM - CBSD

I received a report from my monitoring company that an account had been opened in my name. The account shows opening date of 10/07. Since I became aware on Sunday, I have not been able to contact them but on Saturday my monitoring company informed me that citibank had also opened an account in 9/07. I have not received either credit cards, but I believe this constitutes fraud. The cards could fall into the wrong hands and it affects my credit score to have new accounts opened. I am incensed. I will be writing a letter on both to the Attorney Generals Office in Texas.
