Had Not Recieved Anything By Late Nov. Tried to contact. Email was returned undeliverable and 800 number didn't work.

Searched cctaylor site & found new email address. Sent email saying I wanted my stuff.He called. Said he had tried to reach me (a lie) and we agreed to cancel order.
He fixed his 800 number but you can't leave a message. He does not answer phone.

Waited one billing cycle. No Refund. Have sent lots of emails and have continually called 800 number. Got Nothing.
