One month ago today I placed order #26754 via their website. I have no merchandise but credit card was charged on the day the order was placed. I have called their 800 number three times since the second week in January. The person that answers is always the same and has the same story: the product has shipped but he's too busy to find out why there is no tracking information on your website. He has told me the last two times I spoke to him that he would contact me by email but I've heard nothing. None of the email addresses they provide on their website exist.
