I purchased Natural Skin on the internet on February 14, 2017.  My order stated the order will be shipped on February 19, 2017.  I received the order on February 20, 2017.  The bottle of Natural Skin was not what was pictured on my order form, and I received the Natural Eyes as part of the order also. 

 

The Natural Skin came in a flat bottle as well as the Natural Eyes.  The Natural Skin was dried out.

 

I phoned the Customer Service number on my return address paper and found it to be a telemarketing number.  Push 1 if you want to purchase the items they were selling or # if not (this went on for 1/2 an hour) then it says - our number has changed please call 800-712-6600.  So, I phoned this number.  It went to State Farm Insurance.  I then put the items aside until there was time to deal with it again.

 

On the 27th of February I spoke with Alvin at 888-304-3917.  Explained that the product received was not the sample I ordered.  He stated that I needed to pump the pump several times to get the Natural Skin out of the bottle.  My statement was "it is a flat bottle, not a pump".  He began to be arguative with me and I told him that I want to send the merchandise back and cancel my samples.  He said they do not accept samples back if I send it back he will still charge me for the order.  Then we had a heated discussion again, and again about the fact I did not get the order I had ordered.  The I explained to him I would call back to talk with a supervisor.

 

I then phoned 888-304-1953.  Spoke to Naiv, on the 3rd of March- he said I could not return the merchandise.  My credit card was charged for $93.99 aand $93.95 each company had to charge me for the sample.  He was talking so much that I could not explain my case.  He did tell me to read the fine print on the web site.  What web site.  I cannot even find it now.

I then phoned my credit card company, they said I could file a dispute with the company, but should try to talk with the supervisor first.

 

I phoned the number my credit card company gave me to call 877-374-0211.  Asked to speak to a supervisor Tasha (a very nice person) said they had to charge my credit card since I did not cancel within 15 days.  I explained I received the order on the 20th of February.  This call was within 15 days plus I had asked Alvin to cancel it on the 27th of February.  She checked the records and said that Alvin "did NOT put in the notes" the order was to be canceled.  She would cancel March 3rd, 2017.  My credit card would be charged the full amount $187.94.  She could give me 50% off the total, but I had to do this before our call ended.  I stated that I would like to speak to a supervisor.  She said in 24 to 48 hours a supervisor would give me a call.  But she could guarantee I will not get a discount. 

 

I am still waiting for that call.
