We DID NOT order ANYTHING from this company. Yet, a package ends up on our doorstep, we had no prior knowledge of. On top of that, $400 was deducted from my account as a result. We called the customer service number, and (in short) they told us theres a no return policy, but they can give us a settlement refund of $78. BS. Horrible Business practice.
