I ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes costing me $106.23 which was already paid through my credit card. I would like to know what is going on. The website is down, and the contact number is disconnected and don't seem to know what else to do please help.

If you used a credit card, call your credit card company and dispute the charge, and request they do a chargeback.
