CD2U - Cigarettes Direct To You Had the same issues as everyone. Paid, money was taken, no product. Internet

I've had the same issues and lost out on $119 and some change.  From what I've seen, they were raided.  Unfortunately they were raided for clove cigs and not for anything else.  I've been reading the reports, rebuttals, etc. 


By no particular reason, I went to the site.  Now they're posting this message:


"You have reached CD2U and Chavez Inc., which are no longer conducting business. If you believe that you have paid for product that you have not received, please send a letter to the company at the following address: CD2U PO Box 9428 Louisville KY 40209-0428 On this letter include the following information: Name Address Telephone number Product Purchased Amount Paid A request for a refund"


Has anyone sent anything?  Is this a scam?  I'm just curious.  I didn't expect the money back, but am wondering if anyone received a refund?
