Complaint Review: CD2U - Cigarettes Direct To You

I received a claim form from Dept of Justice/ATF: Asset Forfeiture and seized property.  I have filed a claim with them to either get my money back (hundreds of dollars like many of CD2U's customers) or the merchandise I paid for. The merchandise was paid for through a bank transfer (ouch).  I have read many notes from people who distrust this process, but I will do whatever it takes to seek satisfaction of my loss for what is a lot of money for me.  I will send updates as things progress.
