CD2U - Cigarettes Direct To You Isreal Chavez I got ripped off for $123.00 loisville, Kentucky
I made a purchase from CD2U for 3 cartons of marlboro's, basically $125.00 on or about Dec.3, 2009. Two weeks later I received a bogus email; from them with a USPS tracking number.
Ever since, no response to phone calls, emails, and no delivery.
I don't know why they won't respond if theres a problem, they've served me well in the past.
And heres one other thing to look into...
