I like all of you am very surprised.Ordered cigarettes with them(CD2U) and had no problem until now. When noticed money was withdrawn figured it would only be a couple days for delivery.Nothing.Tried to call and got recorded message, down for maintenance.Checked online and said basically same thing. Now when I checked online said they had shut down buisness. What do we do now?

You have reached CD2U and Chavez Inc., which are no longer conducting business. If you believe that you have paid for product that you have not received, please send a letter to the company at the following address:

CD2U
PO Box 9428
Louisville KY 40209-0428

On this letter include the following information:

  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Product Purchased
  • Amount Paid
  • A request for a refund

I lost about $400 in this ordeal and I'm a little hesitant to send the information that they are requesting. If they've been put out of business by the ATF then who is getting the mail for the company? Chavez? ATF? Could this be a trap to capture consumer information and send out tax bills? Just a thought...
