My email by return mail:
This doesn't even make any sense. You tell me that you must receive the cds within 15 days of cancellation and you tell me you received them within 5 days and yet you are going to bill me for them. I better get a refund on my debit card ASAP or you are asking for trouble. Do not ship the cds back - we do not want them. I can't believe this - what kind of business tactics is this.

After several emails to this company they finally gave me credit for the cds they had charged me for even though I had returned all cds including the two free ones. They were very courteous even though I had to remind them to please refund my money. They did so very quickly after my last email within several hours, as a matter of fact. My lesson learned: There is no such as free merchandise without some type of sales tactic. I won't fall for such a scheme again. Stevie
