Complaint Review: CDN Mail Order Exchange

On May 25, 2004 I ordered two items from the Canadian Mail Order Exchange Inc. catalog. I enclosed a check for $45.78. The check was cashed on June 3, 2004. I did not recieve my order. On August 6, 2004 I wrote to the company asking them to either ship my order or return my payment. Today, September 22, 2004 my letter was returned to me by Canada Post witha yellow sticker telling me the recipient had moved and address was unknown. It seems impossible to find these people now.
