May 21st 2004 I ordered a $84.15 "Portable Blood Pressure Monitor" from CDN Mail Order Exchange Inc. On May 28th they received the check.

By June 28th I still hadn't received my monitor, so I called them. They told me they were experiencing "technical difficulties" with their computers, and to wait another 4-5 weeks.

I did, and still no monitor, so I called them again on July 28th. This time I got an automated message saying they were closed. It was only 4pm.

I'm on a fixed income and money is tight, so this is not a good thing for me. Any help and/or information would be greatly appreciated.
