Cdra, Nbpi, Usapa, Lvaap sweepstakes rip off they send letter by us mail stating you won money then ask you to send money to them to receive you winnings they look official but they can't be if they ask you to send them money, right Las Vegas Nevada
It seems that all of the following companies are one in the same; NBPI, CDRA, LVAAP, US Sweepstakes Advisors. Everytime I've looked up one of these companies there is a referance to or affiliation to another one of these companies. I have come to the conclusion that they are all apart of one sweepstakes scam. Because I and several other people have received these letters through the mail, I believe they are breaking the law. they state and i quote "Failure to respond will result in permanent and irrevocable cancellation of shipment of prize documents totalling over $3,700,300.00. Return form W-915 in the name of &&&&&&& with $20 document fee in the prepaid envelope provided. All unawarded cash must be awarded by law! please respond immediately." and signed by Paul E. Loukedes.
If I won any money then I should be able to collect it without sending them up-front money. My mail box is small, so I don't have room in my mailbox for scams!!!!!

David,
Your absolutely right, but....
The only way to shut these people down is to get them for mail fraud. Send a copy of the letter and write out a complaint and send to:
United States Postal Inspection Service
Criminal Investigations Service Center
Attn: Mail Fraud
222 S. Riverside Plaza, Ste. 1250
Chicago, Il. 60606-6100

Write the letter to get these jerks shut down.
