However, since over the last two weeks Vehicle Services Inc. does not respond
at 866-315-1555 ("Busy with other customers, call back later"), MEPCO Financial Corporation (Phone: 800 397 6767) that originally received the $2,410.00 on our Saturn 2002 of VIN 1G8JU54F12Y573167 (@62,375 miles), bought from Town
& Country Salida Inc. Phone: 719 539 6641 instructed us to contact the now unreachable Vehicle Services Inc. at 866-315-1555 to settle our 3 year Purchaser Rebate Guarantee Policy completion / contract: WAR899240 or #FD4123381 for a return of our unused $1,500.00 on the original $2,410.00 as stated on pages 3 and 4 of your
CDWS Vehicle Product Warranty Agreement Booklet.

 We are forced to hold MEPCO Financial Corporation responsible for disciplining your client Vehicle Services Inc. to fulfill its contractual obligations with customers this week (16 December 2011), or face legal action.  Forty eight Negative reports to the Illinois and Missouri Better Business Bureaus as well as: http://www.onlinebusinessbureau.com/Companyrating.cfm?Company_ID=1839210
and http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/Vehicle-Services-Inc_.aspx ,
already show many negative reports on Vehicle Services Inc. as a FRAUD!  This serious breach of trust will not be tolerated.

Thank you for your positive action to recover the our unused $1,500.00 on the original $2,410.00 advanced 3 years ago in good faith.
