Complaint Review: CEC SOLUTIONS AKA GENERAL CONSUMER FINANCING

I SAW A COMMERCIAL ON TV IN SEPT OF 2007. I CALLED AND AGREED TO THEIR CREDIT REPAIR PROGRAM.

I ordered a pc from them $60.00 every two weeks to be commingout of my acct starting Sept 19th 2007 with a 99.99 fee upfront.

I was told on the phone after (3) payments not 5 that I would have my pc. I was informed I would have it before Christmas.....

Everytime I called i was on hold for like an hour.... then I would always get a delivery date.... for two weeks later..... Thihs has been going on since December of 2007. I called AGAIN, January 2008 the 15th to be exact I was so upset they sent me to a mgr. and I will not lie, I had a few choice words for him that day, being that I felt that I was ripped off! He then said he was going to record the call because he could not believe how I was talking to him, I said FINE! I need to know when and IF im going to get the merchandise. Them he sent me to the AUDIT TEAM, AND some guy named David Altshuler a Corporate Counselor ( or so I was told) and he assured me my pc would be ordered that on friday the 18th........TODAY is Feb 13th 2008 NO PC YET! I CALLED BACK TODAY and I was told my the girl on the phone whom i waited for 45 min that she could not handle my acct. Because I was a (problem customer) what a laugh* and someone from the AUDIT TEAM would be callin be back before the night was over. of course you know I didnt get that call..... I got online immediately and looked up the company, and from what I've read Im not the only victim here........ It's appauling to find out I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF!

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!
