I was watching T.V one and I seen an adveristment saying that I could get a computer guaranteed if a called this number 866-747-4119. So I decided to give it a try. I give the my checking account so they could take the money out of my account weekly. They seen me my information showing the everything was going fine, then it got closer to my items to be paid. So I to check on it I was forward to a machine voice saying that they were coming together with another company that they will contract everyone about the changes and that my money was safe. Ive never heard from anyone I called until the number is now say the it no longer a working number.

The company has been out of business since at least July 1, 2010.

Guaranteed Consumer Funding

Sadly, CEC has to confirm that due to the severedown turn in the economy, and various other factors. CEC has ceased to actively conduct business.We are winding down our operations and only have a few customer accounts remaining. Throughout the years,CEC’s mission has always been to provide financing and quality products to those who were in need to improve, build or repair personal credit as well as help peoplewho were on a fixed or limited income.

Once again, there are a few accounts that CEC is unable to contact or who failed to return our calls, letters and/or email requests for information when we made the final arrangements for those remaining customers. Most of these accounts who either had too many missedpayments, were previously suspended due to financial hardship, or were deemed by our underwriters as too risky based upon new banking policies that we wereobligated to follow. In addition, there were a number of customers who simply have failed to comply with their contractual obligations (such as refusing to submit fully executed installment agreements, etc.) or who had previously filed charge backs with their banks which automatically cancelled out our ability to automatically debit their bank accounts for payments due on ordered goods. We still recognize these accounts and are still obligated and willing to fulfill orders to these accounts that fall into this category with an enrollment date on or before July 1, 2010. If you are one of those customers and are willing to provide CEC with a money order or multiple moneyorders to pay your account off in full prior to the end of 2010, then CEC will fulfill your order as promised.

As an aside - had you done a simple Google search you would have quickly seen that
this now defunct company had some major "scam" issues for several years.
