They also promised to VERBATIM: "TURBO CHARGE MY CREDIT IN A TOTAL OF 91 DAYS". As of this date I have never, received my merchandise or a refund of my money. The were charging and additional amount of $369.37 for my merchandise to send my equipment. After numerous tries I gave up because there was no answer or they were hanging up the telephone.
Back in September 30, 2008 and elected to have automatic payment withdrawn from my bank account for payment of a VERBATIM: top-of-th-line Computer and HD TV with a VERBATIM: rock-solid warranty for 2 years, as well as TURBO Charging my credit in 91 days. Every cent was charged to my bank account and when I called to inquire about it's whereabouts, they indicated that a fee of $369.74 was still outstanding for shipment, etc.
I indicated that they were out of their mind and that I was not going to send them another cent because they had already deducted approximately over $1,200.00 and I had not seen my product yet.
Sadly to say, after this telephone call I never made contact with them, because everytime I called the telephone would ring off the hook or when it was answered they would just hang up.
