Complaint Review: CEC SolutionsLLc

CEC Solutions,LLC - GCF to build my credit. I was to order a computer and also to receive extra things. I had to pay 99.00 to process and then 69.00 every two weeks. Everytime I call them since 1/08 they give excuses as to why I haven't received anything yet. Refused to let me talk to a supr. and stated several different times that Dell is backed up with orders. Putting the blame on Dell as well. McLean Virginia

My husband has been wanting a good computer. And we are trying to build our credit as well. After seeing this deal on TV we decided to try it. I called this GCF company to get it all set up. I paid 99.00 down and 69.00 every two weeks, since january of this year. They take it straight out of my account faithfully. Everytime I call them they state that they need time for this and that and I'm always having to fax them with the same info everytime. They have even stated that Dell has alot of backed up orders and that's what is taking so long. Everytime I call they state that they have nothing in the computer about me calling before. They keep stating that it takes time. But they stated that I would have all of my things, computer,printer,video camera,mp3 player by may 12. And then my gps when I had paid it all off by january 2009.
