CEC solutions runs advertisements on television, making their claims sound legitimate.
I was offered a Dell desktop computer with 25-item software upgrade; a free 2 year warenty and flat panel monitor. They even pitched in a free in car GPS navigation system and a MP3 player.
Another grand promise CEC solutions made was to help build my credit up to good standing.
All this could be done in payments. To show you had 'good faith' you are required to let them take a payment of $99.00 on a certain date that you pick. After the intial payment you are required to let them take $29.95 twice a month for 24 months.
After your first 3 payments they would ship your order out to you. Apparently I would have been paying for a computer and wonderful free gifts and never receving them.
I have paid them in 939.00, And I have NO COMPUTER When I call that tell me its on itas way.
I am very angery about this I have 2 boy and Im a sing mother,I need Help, I have fallen for this sceem and have lost money.
I really hope that CEC solutions slips up and gets caught. I have all my papers they I have sign and send back; making it look like a real contract. I am willing to provide these documents to any one who has been taken by this company and may need them.
Thank you,
Help!!

I too fell for this company. Hi my name is Maria and I had a question. I am 18 years old and this company took $625.00 from my bank account. I never made a copy of the agreement I signed but I do know that I had to pay $99.00 down and $34.98 every week. Well I send in all my paper work without making copies and i wanted to know there is a way that you Dorothy, could send me a copy of your agreement. I know that I am so dumb for not making a copy but I had never done something like this before. I just want to get my money back. I am in school and in need of a computer and now i can't get one because I gave all of my money to them. I want to know if anyone is planning to file a class action suite against this company because if you are I want in on it too even though I live in California. Thank You.
