Complaint Review: Cedar Creek Farms Smith Family Farms Pups4U2Luv.com Tim Smith AKC Dog Breeder

I purchased a dog from Tim Smith of Smith Farms and the dog died 5 days after i brought him home. The dog presumed to be healthy the day I picked him up but slowly but surely everyday the dog was beginning to go downhill. After the puppy died on me I attempted many times to contact Mr. Smith and he never responded to any of my phone calls. All he did was send text saying how he was at work and couldn't talk. So I ended up taking him to court today (2/16/2012) and I won. He sent me nasty emails I took to the Judge and I printed out a few articles of the complaints people left online about him. His 72 hr contract that he has for the dog will not stand in court. The judge told him that 72 was an unreasonable amount time for someone to take full responsibility of a meager puppy so small. We also got ripped off by Tim Smith.driving 1 hour to receive the puppy and by the time we got home there was vomit in the kennel crate.The puppy continued to vomit up worms,blood and other stuff.The puppy also had bloody diarrhea,did not eat or drink.I called Tim Smith within 3 hours and he never returned my calls.So only having the puppy 6 hours we took it to an emergency vet since it was 8:00 pm.Diagnosed with numerous things including PARVOVIRUS.Which is caused by fecal matter,un cleaned living conditions and inproper care.The puppy was hospitalized for 3 days and we had vet bills that reach $800.00.(which is more money then we paid for the puppy) I truly beleive he is running a puppy mill and NO ONE should ever purchase from Tim Smith.I will also be contacting animal control / abuse etc..

Tim Smith, Cedar Creek Farms,smith Farms,pups4u2luv.com are all the same cruel owner.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HIM and please report him if you have also been ripped off by disease infected animals.Tim Smith needs to be shut down for the health and concern of all animals.Lets ban together to make this happen.

BUYER BEWARE: Any breeder who lists more than two breeds with more than one or two litters at a time is likely pretty shady.

Any reputable breeder will not advertise on a website replete with mispellings or numbers instead of words with a sugary sweet title like Pups4U2Luv.com.  Any breeder who calls their dogs sugary sweet names like "teddy bear" is not reputable, fyi. Search instead for verified show champions and find their breeders.

Also note that on these web sites there are about often 20 types of dogs being advertised for sale, not all of whom are "purebred". Also - why don't they ever list the exact weight of mom and dad or post pictures of them? Because they are listing a range of what normal adult dogs of that breed typically weigh, because they are not in touch with the mom and dad of the litter - a common clue that the dogs are not being treated well or even being watched over by the puppy mill owner or so called breeder ("commercial breederrs" fyi are puppy mill owners). and treat them terrible. If you want an AKC registered puppy that is for sure not going to have any problems, go to AKC.com and look under their recommended Breed Clubs to find reputable and responsible breeders who love and care for these dogs as their own.

IF YOU TELL ONE OF THE AKC RECOMMENDED BREEDERS THAT YOUR DOG WILL BE A PET THAT IS FIXED AND NOT USED TO BREED OR SHOW THEY WILL OFTEN KNOCK DOWN THE PRICE BY SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS.

I hope that your daughter did read the nasty vile texts so she can see how happy daddy makes his consumer and how great of a provider you are ripping off America's families one pup at a time. You should rename your website to something like Pups4u2luv&cry.com; just my consumer thought.

Moving on: So you are saying that after 5 hours of me owning the dog that I didn't call you and tell you she was vomitting worms? "Don't worry," you said, "that is just from the dewormer I gave her." (I have the phone records) Then a few hours later when I took her to the animal hospital a vet of 25 years says that it's the worst case of worms and Parvo he has ever seen (I have that in writting as well) after me only having her for 12 hours there is no possible way that her condition could be pinned on me, at that time she was WELL with-in your bull health guarantee which you make me look like I'm some retard like I wouldn't call the A-hole breader who sold me a sick dog right away?!?!?! Then once I had paid to try to save this dog's life and she dies anyhow you tell me to send you the vet's docs (which I sent certified and have the doc to show you recieved them) and you will refund our money. I never saw the money from you but I am looking at all of my paper documentation right here.... Hmmm that is interesting isn't it? Now how can you say you never recieved it when I have it from the Post office stating that you did? Wow, that is amazing!!!

Reguardless, my paper docs WILL certainly hold up much better in a court of law then some character texts, perhaps you didn't learn that in hillbilly beastiality school? Texts of me saying that you probably do animals, children, and a fat farmer's wife (there it is world, that is what Smith wants to tell a judge, haha) will most likely suit YOUR character more then mine... So I'm an a*****e and I say what other people wish they had the nerve to, that is not a crime, but neglecting/killing animals and knowingly selling defective products IS a crime....

Anywho, new info points to me seeing your in court soon~ I will have on my best and you will probably be in overalls, HAHAHA, or even better a jumpsuit ;) I bet you will make someone a really nice b*%$# on the inside~ I can't wait! Just think tho: you could have avoided all this by not being evil and ripping all types of people off, but in particular ME. The exact thing happened to me with our puppy purchased from Tim Smith,Cedar Creek Farms. We spent over $1,000.00 just to keep our puppy alive.Our puppy came to us sick and also ended up in Emergency Vet the very next day.Our puppy was there for 3 nights.After contacting Tim Smith his responds was "well you waited to long to notify me " You only have 48 hours under the contract. I plan on reporting him with various groups,state,town etc....

I did infact sell this person a puppy, several days after purchase, she called and left numerous messages, and VERY vulgar text messages, i would print them her but it is TOO vulgar even for the internet, in one she says she is a "phsyco b***h", i believe her, once home from work i returned her call, and told her how in appropriate her actions were, i told her she could return the pup, she refused, i told her to send documentation that the pup actually had been to the vet and been diagnosed, and once i received that proof i would send her the cost of the pup and she could have the pup for free. SHE NEVER SENT ANY DOCUMENTATION!! I told her not to send any more texts as i have a small daughter and didnt want her to see what a "phsyco" has in her mind. I would love to show these to a judge or jury were she to try to sue me. stay away from her, or she will drag you down with her. i offered to cover the cost of the pup OUTSIDE of the warranty period, this still didnt appease her, some people cannot be satisfied, i have a solid warranty, and many people are happy with the pups they get from me, i keep a file of glowing emails and pictures from satisfied customers, no one in the file has ever said they were pshyco, i dont think any of them are. if you want a great pup at a fair price let me know.
