Purchase truss for lighting. $650.
Two of the three trusses they sent were bent so badly they cannot be used to line up the holes where the bolts go in.
they refused to replace them. They offered me a $60 refund if I would stop complaining. And then they just completely ignored me and stopped communicating.
obviously they thought they could get damaged equipment from the warehouse and send it to Me.
Complete liars and scumbags. I work two jobs as a single parent to pay for this so that my son can have it as a gift. And now I look like an idiot with damaged s**t that can't be used and absolutely no money left after saving for 6 months.
This company is pure garbage. Liars and thieves.
