Twenty Eight (28) Serious OSHA Violations at the Blue Diamond Yard. Yet the same incompetent, unqualified, and unprofessional managers are still in charge. A copy of the specific violations including dangerous chemicals mislabeled, mishandled, and stored improperly can be obtained at www.osha.gov ....click search OSHA inspections, enter Cedco. Las Vegas, NV and click enter.

The issue that is most troubling aside from employees being exposed to a dangerous environment while in the work place is the players in management that have been able to continue to maintain employment even after their own participation in illegal activities and an attempted cover up.

The most egregious case involves Shop Superintendent/ Backyard Mechanic/ Fleet Manager Chris Emery who knowingly allowed his mechanics to sell Methamphetamine out of the Shop area. Emery put his employees at risk of chemical burns and knowingly allowed felonious activities to go on so he could line his pockets with drug money. Emery still maintains employment at Cedco. This fact raises more questions than it answers, such as what are the owners of Cedco thinking?

Cedco's Safety Director family memeber Lisa Vega - Lattimore should have been removed immediately after the OSHA Inspectors found the twenty eight serious violations. She continues to maintain employment even after the disclosure of her multiple DUI's, several totaled vehicles, cocaine use, and the fact she is an accomplished liar as proven with the Hirschi Masonry debacle.

Is Cedco a front for a criminal operation that may involve drug money being laundered in an attempt to appear as if Cedco is a legitimate business? Why are the owners unwilling to make personnel changes that most legitimate companies would make immediately upon findings of illegal activities amongst employees and mangement?
