Celadon, Truck Sales No Warranty on New Trucks Indianapolis, In. Indiana
Beware of purchasing a new truck from Celadon. My husband purchased a New 2015 Kenworth T680. It only had 265 miles on it. He is a first time owner operator. Celadon failed to ask him to extend the warranty on his truck. It only has manufacureds warranty. This truck stays in the shop alot. Therefore funds are getting low. We have had to replace 3 wheel seals, a break chamber and now the bunk heater is not working. The differencial went out in Oct. of 2016, thank God that was under manufactures warranty. Now with no extended warranty Kenworth want's $1,100 to fix the bunk heater, when the s-bar was put in Dec.2016. So basicaly when he drove it off the lot all repairs is on him. This is not fair Celadon should have stressed it on him about the warranty. We are not happy at all
