Complaint Review: Celebration Vacation Resort Hotels

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. A year ago I bought into a Florida Vacation. Big mistake! Anytime I tried contacting client service I either couldn't get through, or got the runaround. I did talk to a person named Randy Nolan, Vice President of Marketing, who promptly ignored my request for a refund and instead reassured me that I would have the best vacation ever.

In the past two weeks I have tried to access the web-site and tried calling various numbers, all of which seem to be out-of-service. One of many problems with this company is finding a phone number that actually works. They also provide any number of excuses as to why something doesn't work.

One of the numbers I had been given over the past months ended up being for Sunshine Travel Escapes, which apparently helped Celebration Vacation out for a couple of months after the hurricanes. Another interesting tidbit is that the Florida Seller of Travel License number ST34972 (listed on the web-site)is actually for Villa Vacations Inc., according to the Florida BBB.

I have come to the conclusion that I am one of many that have been sucked into this vacation scam. To anyone who thinks what Celebration has to offer is a good thing, don't go near them as you'll end up losing your money. Go to a reputable travel agent!!!!!
