Complaint Review: Ionline.com - Celerity Sexy Teeth Whitener

On December 23, 2008 I ordered (3) of the Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitener. This was supposedly a one time deal.

I just received a notice in the mail that my checking account was overdrawn and they were charging me a $32 fee for this. I requested a read out of my account because I had just done a reconcilliaton of my account and it balanced perfectly.

The read out shows on 12/29/08, on order for www.ionlineorder.com for $99.99. I have not reorderd this but have been charged another $99.99 for it. I also have not received these items in the mail.

I called the 800-937-4613, got the recording but no operator is available. The 800 refers everyone with questions or comments to go to the website, but when you attempt their website, it states it is under construction and not available at this time.

I will be contacting my bank and notifying them that this fraud has taken place and not to allow any more transactions from this company as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau with a claim. I will continue to try to contact "ionlineorder.com" to come to some resolution.
