Complaint Review: Celebrity White teeth

 Credit card fraud.


After I placed an order for a free sample. An email came to verify and correct the address.  There was nothing to correct. Gave me a customer service # to call, which I tried and there was no ring nor a response.  The charge to my credit card was for shipping of .99 and another for $1,95.  Both company's attempted to charge for shipping. I tried to send a message back, but it was a bad address:shipping@premiumwhitepro.com 


Tried calling again in the a.m. and the respondee did not even ask for my name and gave me a different name of the company: Dazzlewhite
