Hello to you all.

I am a lady who has breast cancer, and as you can imagine i have lost my hair. i have had to wear many terrible looking wigs, so you can imagine my delight when i saw a clearance item a thin skin and lace fronted 16 inch long remy hair blonde wig as a clearence piece at celebrityhairandaccessories.com in pennsylvania.

Well on the 24th of april 2006 my husband did a transfer by western union to a lady who for now shall remain nameless, responded to all my emails prior to recieving the transfer,

i must say that at first my husband was reluctant to do the transfer because he believed the site was not all it is said to be!! and i thought he had done a transfer earlier that month he had not he thought we would be scammed at the time, and the lady had been twice to western union as i thought i had all the details but all was right regarding the transfer in the end considering we had never done one before, but it was a genuine caution at the time and i was sorry for her short inconvienience ,but i think as he thinks her site is quite convincing and i hope it transpires that it is!!!, well anyhow, the lady was at this point fine about it and i told her i was obviously worried about doing a transfer as i live in the uk and i told her we were warned by western union not to do a transfer to someone we did not know.

but she said in her email she would not do this (scam) to any one and hoped i felt better soon etc and that her clients needed the wigs for theyre conditions, well my condition is getting worse due to the stress of feeling possibly scammed and no response to my emails etc,!!!,!!

so it is now the 10th of may and i am sure i should have recieved my item!!even living this far out, for example a friend of mine who lives in scotland ordered knotslanding dvd's for me on american amazon and i recieved them 5 days later!

she has offered absolutley NO shipping details to me about the item i have asked and asked on many occasions tried to get in contact via email and i have even phoned!! no response at all none at all, she will not reply at all and two people cannot be wrong i am refering to the lady who has filed the first complaint here.

and may i say as of this date and any date from the 24th april there is absolutley no message up on her website to say she and her colleagues are away on "buisness"

i would hope it is an explainable misunderstanding on her part by lack of communication i have completly read and understood her terms and conditions and as of yet i fail to see how she is meeting them?

but to tell you the truth i have a feelin that this is not going my way im afraid as she has done nothing to alay my fears!!

she gave me an address in which is relatively close to new york as the address to put on the transfer etc, i don't think this makes sense but there could be a reason, i will update on the matter i do not resonably think this is altogether a great way for her to do her buisness i know once i get this wig if ever and i have not i hope been scammed! i won't really want to do buisness with her again unless she apologises for her rudeness. my item including the special glue and postal was 470 dollars which is quite considerable in uk pounds i paid 314 in cluding the 14 pounds it cost to do the transfer from going places a holiday out let in uk!!


I hope for obvious reasons that i get this wig soon or at all!!!! as i am not a well women and lady if you are reading and i do recieve eventually my goods please be aware the pain you can cause to people when you do not properly communicate it is not proffesional and quite an arrogant attitude to have and eventually you will find yourself in a situation where people are complaining more and more and your "good"name will go bad!!!, if i get no action i will get in touch with many regulatory bodies in uk and find out what to do about this!!

I am sorry to you all about the length of this post it just hurts me to think someone at this time in my life would be really non responsive about this considering i could be dead next week.
i am about to lose my breast's and start more chemo, so please beware and by the way the name celebrityhair4u.com is affiliated to the celebrityhairandaccessories .com even though the lady refutes this she might want to look into this.

Almost a month ago I received an inquiry from Susan in regards to a unit in my clearance section of my website. She wanted the wig but did not have a credit card to purchase, I suggested western union as an additional form of payment. I agreed to take the wig out of my clearance section so it could not be purchased by anyone else. She agreed and proceeded to say she will be sending it shortly. She said it was a holdiay and the western union location would not be open until tuesday, so I agreed that was fine, I would wait for her.

After receiving emails stating that it was sent, and I go to western union, twice to find out it was not sent. I email her to let her know that something must of happened, she called western union and they stated that someone would be calling her back with some information (this is what she said to me). First we thought it was a mix up with my name being spelled wrong on the form, but that was not even the case. The first time it was not sent.

A few days later I receive an email stating that the money was sent again. I go to Western union again, and the money was sent but instead of $470 (for the unit, accessories and shipping) I was sent $127.48 on April 24, 2006. Which is significantly lower then the amount of her purchase. I email her in regards to this, and I receive an email from her husband, stating that he would send the rest later that week. I tell him that I would not take the money, and that he could send the amount in total later that week, but he insisted that I take it. I did the next day, eventhough I should have trusted my instincts from the beiginning and declined the western union transfer.

Later that week I email asking about the rest of the payment, he said that he would be sending it. I kept getting the run around for week or two. I receive an email from his wife earlier this month asking where her wig is. I wont go into detail because this is not the place to speak on it, because it is a personal manner. And I respect their privacy.

But to get to the point, I was asked to respond to the husbands email address, and I guess susan was left in the dark in regards of the whole situation.

Needless to say, I had to switch to a different email address because she was not getting replies from my business email (very odd). She found out exactly was going on from her spouse, apologized. It was fine, she then a few days later stated she had no use for the wig, and wanted to get her money back. I said no problem, and as of today returned the funds to her.

So for almost a month I have been trying to finalize this terrible transaction. But I get called out as being a bad business for being understanding and considerate to the fact that this woman is going through cancer, and understanding that is very overwhelming and stressful time for her. I deal with women everyday going through this, and I know how important these hair systems are to them. Unlike everyone else that gets them for vanity purposes, these units are their hair.

I have answered EVERY email from herself and her husband. I have communicated since day one.
