Celeste Neiser runs Gold Country Cavaliers in Lincoln, California, 95648. She is a breeder of Cavalier King Chalres Spaniels. She is a GREEDY dog flipper and puppy mill breeder. She has multiple litters of puppies and her coming soon ad never comes down because she has so many puppies. She also buys dogs from other states and flips them for a profit.

She told me she was buying dogs from Montana and re-selling them here, but wouldn't disclose the name of the breeder. She also doesn't even provide AKC paperwork on the dogs she's selling. Not only is she a greedy, dog flipping puppy mill, she also is PRICE GOUGING due to Covid19. Her dogs were previously advertised for $2,000-2,500, but since she knows that every breeder in California is sold out, she is now charging $4,500 to take advantage of people who want a Cavalier puppy. Do not support this puppy mill Greedy scammer who is buying and flipping dogs and price gouging innocent families!

Her website also says her dogs are OFA certified by an "OFA certified Veterinarian." There is no such thing as an OFA certified Veterinarian. Veterinarians are classified as practitioners and specialists, and she is NOT having OFAs done by a specialist and doesn't even have CERF done for eyes since her website says she's only having dilation done, which means it's just a simple stain test by a Veterinarian that only costs about $20 bucks. For $4,500 you'd think she would have the decency to at least have her dogs OFA certified by a specialist and Opthalmoligist.

Celeste breeds and brokers poor quality dogs at outrageous prices! Go to a reputable breeder who is breeding for the betterment of the breed, not to take advantage of people.
