Celestial Care Inc Nobody should do business with this company Phoenix Arizona
Nobody should do business with this company (Celestial Care). They should not be in business, due to their unprofessional and unethical practices. Their methods of earning clients business are lying, misleading, and manipulating. Some of their employees are on probation for drug/narcotic use and some of them steal from clients homes, and some of them have got caught using client's checkbooks to write checks to themselves. Even after the company found out about these incidents, they didn't terminate the employees, they just reassign them to different cases.
One of the stories I heard that the company nurse director (Jim) was hiding in one of their clients bathrooms, without the client's knowledge or permission...he was trying to spy on the night shift nurses. She caught him sleeping on the bathroom floor at midnight. If this is the nursing director's behavior, it tells you what kind of company and business they are running. I will not recommend doing business with them at all.

My name is Nicole I have been the Staffing Coordinator for Celestial Care for two and a half years.
I personally fingerprint and check all potential employees' credentials. There is a fingerprint check done by the department of public safety as well as a drivers license check done through the department of motor vehicle which is completed on every employee of Celestial Care. I have also been close friends with the owners and the Director of Nursing for sixteen year. Celestial Care is a very compassionate company
That treats our clients with dignity, respect, compassion and empathy. I am proud to be apart of a company that goes above and beyond for every client whether they are a client for two weeks or ten years. Celestial Care has extensive letters of recommendations that can be viewed upon request. Celestial Care is the only company I would trust to take care of my loved ones including my three children. And its not because im employed here its because I know the quality of care Celestial Care provides and the quality of our employees.
