Celire is a internet only business but is listed on Manta.com as owned by James Murphey and is listed at an address that is listed on several Houston Texas area real estate offices as "for lease". the phone number listed is not in service. an item was ordered and not received, no response to emails since receiving the one stating my Item had shipped (with no tracking info). If you go too celire.com now. you are redirected too gocpg.com. probably a scam site also. both use godaddy and cloudfare in arizona... old address and probably running the site to deflect researchers.

Please check these links to see that Celire.com is NOT hosted or located in Houston. the IP address comes back to San Francisco Calif. and is hosted by GoDaddy.com. http://whois.domaintools.com/celire.com and http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/104.27.150.87 and it looks as if it is a location on or near the UCSF college campus.
