Cell-phone-tradrs.com has a system where they estimate the value of your device on the website. My Lenovo laptop which is in perfect working condition was estimated at a $363.00 trade in. They sent packaging materials and even offered a "bonus" on their site if you send it within two business days.
I waited over 7 days after the packages arrival to finally get word back that they were making an offer. Prior to this, I had already asked for the laptop back before they sent me a price because It was absurd that they we're taking so long. I offered to pay return shipping.
Theyh ignored my email and then sent another email out saying I was being given $29.00 for my laptop! A complete rip off! My laptop was a gaming/video editing laptop still in perfect working condition. It is worth miniomal what they offered me on the site as a trade and worth 6-700 retail. I have tried contacting them to return the device immediately or I will contact the authorities. They have yet to respond. I contacted customer service and they have also been unreachable thus far. Avoid this site at all costs. Needless to say, I am extremely upset and hope this gets resolved.
