Complaint Review: Cell Spy Pro

Site makes outrageous claims of being able to install spyware on a cell phone so that you can monitor that cell phone, like for a cheating spouse.  What they don't tell you, and never tell you, is that the other phone has to be withing 33 feet of your phone; it uses Bluetooth to hack into the target phone.  Furthermore, if the target has the Bluetooth on the phone turned off, you can be 6 inches away and it won't work.  Also, it has no chance on an iPhone, which is not told to you.  They charge a lot of money $99, for something that really only a well versed techie could install and use, and then only if the target doesn't do something simple like leave Bluetooth on.  Obviously, they took great pains to hide all the situations where the program does not work, fraudently so.  If they had listed the phones it worked on, and the Bluetooth requirement clearly before one purchased, then maybe.  But this is set up to deceive everyone into thinking this software will work anytime, anywhere and in 5 minutes.
