 Ordered phone on 12/11 received email confirming purchase and that it was shipped on 12/13(Sunday) since I paid for 2 day delivery assumed would leave their facility on 12/14 and I would have by 12/16. Called them on12/16 asking for tracking number and was given a usps tracking showing label was created on 12/14 however that was all. Emailed them on 12/18 asking why a bogus tracking number since package still not delivered and now on 12/18 my bank shows their payment was processed. No response until 12/20 stating they assure me the package left on 12/15 and they will follow with usps on Monday 12/21 but it was probably the post office "not scanning the package in". Folks my father in law works for the USPS I can assure you they scan the package upon pickup, which according to cell2get that was 12/15 but they want me to believe for the last 5 days it's been lost with the USPS. I've given them until noon on 12/22 to show me a legitimate tracking number or I'm disputing payment with my bank. Avoid this company. Fortunately for us the phone we ordered was an old model that we were using for work and not critical or expensive however this is the worst processing and service I've encountered. If in the next day or 2 a clean ESN and workable phone shows up will provide update. Don't hold your breath.
