 Company is non-responsive. Ordered cell phone to replace a broken phone with 2 day FedEx delivery at an extra charge of almost $30. Order was unprocessed for a week. When phone arrived, another almost week later, it was delivered by USPS, not FedEx. I refused delivery and tried to contact the company again without response.
