Complaint Review: Cellairis

Cellairis Item broke within an hour, returned item next day with receipt would not refund money or exchange broken item. Columbia, Maryland

I purchased a rhinestone studded iphone case from cellairis kiosik in columbia mall. 

When I was driving home I realized several of the rhinestones had fallen off.  When I went to remove the case that evening because I was going to return it the next day a big chunk of the rhinestones came off.

I returned both cases the next day (with receipt) and asked for a refund.   I did not want to get another rhinestone case because I felt all of them would do the sane thing I also did not need a regular case.  I was informed their policy was exchanges only not refunds. I said I would understand if i was returning because I didnt like the product but that the product was defective.  

The associate contacted the manager who came to speak with me and said he would refund the one case that was not defective but would not refund or exchange the case that was broke because from a business stand point he could not resell it.  I told him it was defective i would not want him to resell it.  He then asked  was it broke when you bought it I said no but when I got to the car I realized some of the rhinestones were missing, he said well then you broke it, i will not replace it!  I said so your a "screw you" business he said yes I am and I told him I was reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.
