Cellean Cellean charged me for free sample and 30 day supply which I did not order and 4 weeks later it still has not arrived Internet

I ordered celleans African Mango trial bottle on the 8th November from their website.

The website claims No commitments and no hidden fees , Cancel your Trial at any time, 100% guaranteed or your money back. This statement is in direct contradiction to my experience with them to date. I ordered the product on the 8th November and as of today 1st December I still have not received the product (either the trial or the 30 day supply) but they have charged my credit card account!!

I rang their contact number a week ago to enquire about the status of the product and whether it had been shipped at all. I was informed that not only had I been charged for the trial bottle that has not arrived but I have also been charged for  a full 30 day supply of the product. I asked for a refund as I have not received anything. The customer representative advised that she could only provide a 50% refund.

I am not confident that the product will arrive at all I think the site is very misleading - I was not aware I was getting anything besides a trial product or that I was going to be sent and charged a 30 day supply of the product.

I emailed them to complain but have had no response to date
