I HIGHLY reccommend that you DO NOT do business with "CELLFORCASH.COM"!! I had never used this company until June 2009. I sent my used (in working condition) cell phone to the address of 400SW 1st Avenue, Ocala, FL 34478-9998. I received an e-mail on June 23 confirming this transaction. The e-mail indicated I could track the progress by clicking on a link. Once I clicked the link I was told the phone was received on June 26, 2009 and verified on June 29, 2009. I have received no further e-mails. I was told in the original e-mail a check would be mailed within 30 days from June 29,2009. Today is August 7, 2009 and I have no check!! I have left at least 10 voicemails on the 1-800-503-8026 number provided with no response. I have also sent 12 e-mails to, ahinkle@rmscomm.com, customercare@cellforcash.com and customersupport@cellforcash.com. No response!!! I am NOT giving up. I have sent information regarding this transation to the Attorney General's office in Florida and have also made contact with my local news' investigations department. I will not stop until this company is exposed, shut down and NEVER able to do business again!!!!!

Update on previous "ripoff" report filed regarding "Cellforcash.com"

After numerous attemtps to collect my check from "cellforcash.com", I was finally able to come in contact with " Mr. Andrew Hinkle".  I reached him at 352-369-3888.  Initially I spoke with his receptionist "Joyce Wlgerleen".  I made it clear to her that if I did not receive a phone call back within an hour, I would contact the Attorney General of Florida "Bill McCollum" as well as the Consumer Services Division in Florida.  Within 5 minutes of my message, Mr. Andrew Hinkle called me.  I received my check 62 days after my phone was verified by the company.  However, I have not once received an apology or an explanation for the delay.  Nor did I receive even one response to my several attempts to make contact with the exception of my one returned call after my message to take further action.  So, again I will recommend that you do not do business with this comany or any of the companies affilliated with Mr. Andrew Hinkle.
