Cellone Alltell unfair, slamming, dishonest, hard to find true answers. misleading! Ripoff Little Rock Arizona
I was with Cellone and then Alltel came in and took over. We had no opion or choice in the matter. I set and called the company, I talked to 11 different people and no one could answer my question. As a consumer, I should have been given a choice. I was Not!!!!
All I asked was to be let out of my contact without paying a penalty for leaving a company that I did not sign up to be my cell phone company.
I am not the only person that is unhappy about this change!
The company's plan are not that great and do not meet my family's needs at all.
