Complaint Review: Cellphoneshop.net

Cellphoneshop.net placed my order, took them 2 days to process. paid extra for fedex quick shipping, supposed to be 2 day delivery, here it is 7 days later and I still have no charger, phone is now dead, can't get a response from them or even fedex Ripoff Internet

totally disgusted w/ this company, after placing the order w/ extra paid for expedited delivery, 7 days later, I'm still sitting here trying to get a response from them. god forbid you could find a phone number for them, (what kind of company is this?)

fedex tells me that cellphoneshop would have to contact them to get reimbursement for the amt I paid to quick delivery, like I think they are going to return this money to me....ahhhmm no.

countless emails, none returned and to say I am ticked off doesn't even come close. I wouldn't order from them again for any amount of money out there, I'd go to radio shak and pay the extra money so that I would have some sort of recourse, at least radio shak stands behind thier products and not hide behind a website address
