Complaint Review: CELLULAR BLOW-OUT - WILDCAT COMMUNICATIONS

I ordered merchandise and cancelled the same day because I realized the Samsung interchangeable face plates would not fit my cell phone, although they advertise the faceplates to be for the Samsung R500 HUE cell phone.
Like everyone else that has filed a complaint on this company, I phoned and sent emails, all to no effect. The emails are returned and nobody answers the phone....it's an answering machine. I finally sent a fax, which did go through, but no response. I've been doing this for the past 10 days. Finally I phoned my credit card company to disput the charge. They will dispute the charge, and charge back Pay Pal. I don't know why Pay Pal chooses to be affiliated with this company. I'm cancelling my Pay Pal account as they seem to take on anyone as clients. I assumed this company was legit as they were using Pay Pal.....not so. I'm also filing a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the local Chamber of Commerce in Agoura Hills.
Lets get these FRAUDSTERS OFF THE INTERNET.
