I ordered a cell phone on line for my duaghter on 1/17/09. Over a week later I received an email stating that the product was on back order with no indication of when the phone would be shipped. I then cancelled the order and have been fighting with them for 2 months fo my refund. They do not answer the phone and only answer emails. They will not call me to discuss after repeated (9) requests and will not fax to me any documentation showing they have processed a refund. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE>>>>>IF THEY EVEN EXIST!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY NOT WHEN THE PRODUCT ACTUALLY SHIPS WHICH IS THE HONORABLE WAY TO DO BUISINESS. YOU CAN NOT EVER TALK TO ANYONE NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO SERVICE THE CUSTOMER. IN FACT THEY STATE THAT IF YOU DISPUTE THE CHARGES IT WUILL FURTHER DELAY YOUR REFUND. I AM OUT OVER $200 AND HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR ANY HELP. THEY SUCK!
