I just read another report from last year about a guy who had a very similar experience as I'm having with this company. They took my money fast enough and periodically send me a "your item is backordered" email but they don't respond to emails to them and they don't answer their phone. I finally gave up waiting for this little piddly item after two months and have been promised a refund. Nothing so far.
