I ordered a razor phone for a father's day gift for my husband. I was told the phone would be shipped in 24-72 hours - a week and 1/2 later - still no phone. So, I checked status and it showed the phone was on back order with no eta. I sent email to Josh from cellular blowout - he emailed me back and said it would be available in another two weeks. In the meantime, my husband bought a phone. I left a voice mail for Josh and he returned my call and said no problem that I would received a refund in 10 - 14 business days and that I would receive a follow up email with details of the refund. Well, 14 business days have long passed. Now when I call, the voice boxes are full - you cannot get in touch with a "human" - it's all voice mail boxes - and they are all full. I have emailed Josh five different times asking for some sort of status on my refund. He has not returned any of them - I emailed customer service - and was told I would get a reply back in 48 hours ....48 hours has passed and I've not heard from anyone. I will continue to do daily emails to josh - but thus far have had no luck making contact with anyone. I did try to email customer service again - and it would not let me do a second request - saying if I submit it, it will delay my process. My advice to anyone out there - is DO NOT shop with cellular blowout..... should I actually receive my refund, I'll let you know......at the moment I feel like I've been totally RIPPED OFF!
