My mother-in-law got ripped off by these crooks. First they said the phone was on backorder. Then they said the phone model was discontinued. After several tries of trying to get someone on the phone and multiple emails, we were told that a refund would be processed in a couple of weeks.

Finally, we had enough. We filed a dispute with our credit card issuer and got a reverse of the charges. To all people who are "hoping" to get a refund directly from this company, don't waste your time. Just go directly to your card issuer and file a dispute. Since this company will not have any proof of sending you a phone without actually having done so, you WILL get your money back. It's really that simple.

I firmly believe the intention of this company is just to put you off just as long as possible so you either give up on getting your money back or they are hoping you don't know you can file a dispute with your credit/debit card issuer. Do yourself a favor and don't wait too long to file that dispute. You usually only have 60 days to do this. If they get enough chargebacks with their merchant account, their ability to continue to accept credit/debit cards can be revoked!

Also, file a complaint with the California Attorney General as well. If their office receives enough consistent complaints about a company, they will investigate and possibly this company can get hit with criminal fraud charges. Just know your rights as a consumer. You will feel empowered after you do these two things.
