Cellular Blowout, Wildcat Cellular, David Bleeden, CB I never received my TREO Palm 680 and Case total cost was $424.84. On Oct. 24, 2007 my account was charged today is the Jan 26, 2008 and I still don't have the product or my money back. Bad business all the way from a soldier deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom Agoura Hills California
On Oct 24, 2007 I placed an order with Cellular-Blowout.com for an unlocked TREO Palm 680 and the carry case. The total order was $424.84 and it was deducted from my account immediately.
Today is Jan. 26, 2008 and I still yet to receive the product or the $424.84 back to my account. I tried to call the company several times and the phone was either busy or it went to a mailbox.
I emailed several times and kept every last email and there was no response until I told them that I was going to get legal advise from my JAG office here in Kuwait where I'm currently serving. The soldier's here in Kuwait always purchase unlocked cell phones due to the service here in Kuwait is bought by the purchase of a sim card and a unlock cell phone phone is what is needed to have regular cell phone service.
The soldiers here have purchase from Amazon mostly but they didn't have that Treo 680 at the time and I elected to purchase it through Cellular-Blowout.com because of availibilty which turned out to be a total ripoff. I did receive one email from the company that gave me hope....See below

YES, Cancel immediately and refund my $424.84 back to my acount. Thank you for your assistance...this was bad business. Your company will be reported to the Soldier's serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom because we use unlock phones because of the international sims cards. You have lost a lot of soldier's business.
