Complaint Review: Cellular Blowout - Wildcat Gtel Wireless

Sent cellular phone back to company for repairs, company has not sent it back to us or fixed the phone, and it has been almost three months ago since they received it for repairs. The phone did not work when we first received it. We can't get in touch with the company any way at all. The numbers on the web site, no one answers to. We leave voicemails and no one ever returns our call. So we paid almost $170.00 for a phone , that we don't have and have lost out on the money as well. They have a poor customer service if no one can answer the phone or call back customers who leave messages for them.
