On 12/9/2008 I got notice from cellular blowout that my order, C184644 was partially being shipped. the remaining 3 motv3h2tr001 Razr v3 cell phone covers, T-clear, were not shipped. as to this date, I have not recieved this partial order that wasn't shipped. It is May, 2009. I have written them three times already and i get no response. Can someone take legal action for me over there against this company? They must be taught to fulfill their customers needs in a timely manner or send a quick refund in return. thank you.
