Cellular Choices, Cellphonerebates.com Rebates never received White Bear Lake Minnesota
I purchased 2 cell phones (Verizon). Cellular Choices promised 2 customer loyality rebates on 3 each of the phones. One for $20 and one for $30. I received the $20 rebates. The $30 rebates have not been received. They were accepted back in April 2007 and I still have not received them over 6 months later. I called and emailed to find out what was going on, but all they every say is that I will get the rebates, just to wait. The web site says 4-5 weeks. The rep on the phone has said 10 wks, 12 wks, and 16 weeks when I called 3 separate times, but the rebates never arrive. It looks like I am just out the $60.
